Vacuum-coated aluminum paper is mainly composed of base paper, coating and aluminum layer. It is a new type of environmentally friendly product that holds a position in the domestic packaging industry. It is different from aluminum foil paper. Aluminum foil paper is a combination of aluminum foil and paper, which is formed by pressing together the foil sheet and the backing paper. However, vacuum-coated aluminum paper is coated with a shiny aluminum film under high vacuum conditions. The aluminum material is evaporated into gas and then condensed onto the paper that has undergone single-sided gluing treatment. According to its specifications, it can be divided into vacuum-coated aluminum liner paper and vacuum-coated packaging paper. Among them, the vacuum-coated aluminum liner paper can be further classified into ordinary type and holographic anti-counterfeiting type, while the vacuum-coated packaging paper can be divided into ordinary vacuum-coated paper and holographic anti-counterfeiting vacuum-coated paper. Compared with traditional gold and silver card paper and aluminum foil paper, the biggest feature of vacuum-coated aluminum paper is its environmental friendliness. Because no plastic film was used, it can be completely decomposed and is a pollution-free product.
